I am a Doctor in Applied Sciences (1976, KULeuven, Louvain, Belgium). I have also a Master of Chemical Engineering (1970,KULeuven, Louvain, Belgium) and a B.S.Ch.E (1964, SLU, Baguio City, Philippines). I am a licensed Chemical Engineer. I am a self-trained ICT expert. I am currently an e-Learning Consultant/Developer at the different universities in the Philippines and at the IAEA, Vienna, Austria. I have developed computer applications for education and business. I have conducted seminar-workshops in Distance Learning, Knowledge Management, Computer Applications, Learning Management System, and in the fields of chemical and nuclear engineering. I have taught subjects in Chemical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Communications, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
