2nd Pinoy Aquatic Fair

2ND Pinoy AQUATIC FAIR AANI HERBAL GARDEN & LIVELIHOOD CENTER QUEZON MEMORIAL CIRCLE, QUEZON CITY September 18 to 20, 2009 Greetings! As an archipelago, our shoreline is the fourth longest in the world, longer than the United States of America . The center of marine biodiversity is here in the Philippines --- the Coral Triangle. This Coral Triangle contains more than 30% of the coral reefs worldwide. The Philippines is one of the top exporters of freshwater ornamental fishes in the world. The drying and processing of the one of the most expensive seaweeds in the world—the Porphyra (por-phai-ra) is abundant in the Philippines . What do these facts say about our country? That the Philippines is an aquatic country. However, how must we sustain our aquatic resources? The Agri Aqua Network International, Inc. (AANI) in cooperation with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) bring you the 2nd Pinoy Aquatic Fair on Food, Technologies and Hobbies, September 18 to 20, 2009 at the AANI Herbal Garden & Livelihood Center , Quezon Memorial Circle , Quezon City . Themed “Aquatic Sustainability for Food & Business”, the event will bring together a private – public sector led initiative on marine, brackish and freshwater fishes & seafoods of the BFAR fisheries group, the winners of DOST-PCAMRD ATCOM 2009 Aquatic Technology Competition & fish as a means of recreation of aquarium hobbyists and game fishing enthusiasts. In this regard, may we invite you to join us as one of our EXHIBITORS in the 2nd Pinoy Aquatic Fair. We have attached the EXHIBITORS KIT for your perusal. Let’s be part of the objectives and advocacies we need to drive to sustain our lifeblood ---- our Philippine Aquatic System.. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas! Agri-Aqua Network International, Inc. RHODA S.
